They are the true workhorse in my shoe wardrobe. I bought them to take to Italy last August for a BackRoads cycling tour of Tuscany. Purchased for wedding and have become the only dressy shoes I will wear. Silver heel is understated and crystals do not look gaudy. I have bought the shoe in two different colors and get comments on both the red and the green. I would say the Cole Haan shoe overall is true to size. This shoe is no exception. Sand collects at the bottom, it does not drain or dry well. The shoe will remain wet for hours. Minimal to zero arch support. Oddly in contrast to the other reviews, I purchased this for the look mostly. I thought the sage green with white flowers was cute!
