Haven't worn again - am sure I can soften up the toe hold, but the cramp issue may come back. The footbed is very comfortable and the straps secure... as to be expected with Born shoes. I ordered a wide and I needed it in the toe box area, but the strap slips just a bit. Very comfortable and give really good support. These shoes are not only good looking but also extremely comfortable right out of the box. The leather straps are soft and don't rub or cut into the foot. And they are available in extra wide, which is extremely hard to come by! I took them on a cruise and after walking all day on excursions, I'd go back to the ship, change for dinner, and my feet were happy! || Acorn Kids - Shaggy Bootie (Toddler/Youth) (Plum) - Footwear On the fence about the Florin, but leaning towards returning them. I bought a black pair to wear with dark-colored summer dresses, but I think they are too "heavy" a style, if that makes any sense. Too casual to be dressy, but a bit too awkward for jeans. These run small for Born sizes (or big? not sure if I have my direction right -- whichever way means that my feet usually drown in Born shoes, but these were actually smaller than I expected). I usually wear a 7.5. The Florin size 7/38 basically fits, but is a fraction of a centimeter too short. As there are no half sizes, the next size up is far too large. Comfort-wise, the slope is pretty steep. This is great in the sense that it makes the foot look smaller, but the toe part of the foot bed isn't as cushioned as the heel. I've only worn them up and down my carpet, but I'm not convinced they would be comfortable all day. || Acorn Kids - Shaggy Bootie (Toddler/Youth) (Plum) - Footwear Cool Keens - Sooo cute, comfortable fit, great color, very durable. The Trooper looks sick, like fine art for my feet. Classic slip-on Vans, constructed lovely as usual. Super comfy, perfect for running around doing this and that. I ordered a 7 and they are too big. I didn't like the color as well. They are listed as "Pearl", but look more like grey.
