I have only tried the Dorsi 0, but look forward to kicking it up a notch with the Dorsi 2. The fit is true to size. She wanted something that was comfortable enough to wear around the house but that would also have room for her inserts. She LOVES this shoe. She mostly wears it without the inserts since it's so supportive on its own, but it can also easily accommodate her orthotics. This is a woman who lived most of her life barefoot and cried when the doctor told her she'd have to start wearing shoes! For her to love wearing this shoe is really saying a lot.
