I think they are the best running shoes out there. I run on the treadmill in these 4-5 times a week. I'm an overpronator with a wide foot, size 9-9.5. The 9.5's fit perfectly and they give a great amount of support that I need during those runs. They may not be as "cushy" as the more expensive sandals but they are great for a day at the beach.
