There is not as much of a cushioning feel as I wish there was (it's more stiff). I tried this in 7.5 WW first because I'd been ordering shoes in W. Finding them too tight (normally I get a 7.5 W), I had to return this and as it seemed a little long... I got 7 W which fit perfectly. || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear Sexy Shoes - These shoes are so sexy, which is a rare find for wide feet. I am thrilled with them. || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear Reef Contour Smoothy - I’m always a fan of Reefs. I ordered this shoe even though it’s a men’s. I have it in another color & needed a brown. They have a pretty decent arch support & the material that the shoe is made of is very comfy to walk on. I can wear them all day with no problems. There is no break in period. I usually wear an 8 1/2-9 in women’s so I ordered a 9 in men’s since that is what size my other pair are. They could be a tad bit smaller but still fit well. Since they are men’s, the strap is looser fitting than a women’s pair but it’s not a problem & doesn’t make the shoe too loose or sloppy or rub. Reef Contour Smoothy is a great shoe!! || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear Cute, comfortable shoe - While this shoe runs a little wide, it is worth it because it's very comfortable and stylish. And good for the environment. || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear Great Shoe! I love Born sandals and own several pairs. They are always comfortable, durable, and look great. I ordered the Ditto in gold. The gold thread is subtle, making the shoe a great neutral color. They were just what I was looking for in a wedge shoe. I wore them while walking all over Munich. Just a great shoe, as I have come to expect from Born. || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear The shoe itself was okay except for one feature: the tongue. The tongue is so long and overly padded that you cannot cinch the laces down tight over it. This means you are constantly retying and adjusting it, and cinching it down super tight which ends up hurting your foot. If North Face fixed the tongue, it would be a great shoe, but the current tongue is a huge problem and makes the shoe extremely uncomfortable. || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear Fantastic shoe! This shoe requires NO break-in period - they were comfortable the entire day of the very first day that I wore them and they look great! || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear One of the most comfortable shoes I own. Very good for running or just walking around. I wish it came in more colors. || Allen-Edmonds - Anzio (Black Leather) - Footwear Adorable, but awkward fit - I had high hopes for this shoe because it was edgy and toed the line between formal and casual, but the fit was all wrong. The heel width is fine, if a bit narrow, but due to construction of this shoe, my inner heel tends to sit off of the sole. If I were pigeon-toed, I imagine this shoe would fit perfectly. Also, there is no traction on this shoe, which would be dangerous on non-carpeted surfaces such as hardwood floors or tile.
