Try finding shoes that don't rub on that area!! It's impossible, until now. I can run in these and my feet aren't swelling afterwards. My hip is staying in alignment. I did take a 1/2 size smaller, usually 8.5, but they were huge. I still have a little extra room in the 8's, but 7.5 would be too short. Note, I have a friend that bought the blue & red model, they don't run as generous as the white & grey style. Happy Feet are productive feet. Thank you Earth shoes, I now own 3 pairs in less than 2 weeks time. I also have very high arches, so this shoe is great. || Allrounder by Mephisto - Master (Brown Suede/Waxy) - Footwear Great classic clean look and a good summer shoe for walking about the city. Nice clean sharp look creating the feel of a more formal sneaker, but remaining beautifully casual. Works well with various shades of khaki colored pants. These were not super-comfortable out of the box; they took a couple of wearings to "break in." However, by the 3rd or 4th day...awesome! The gold is a little bright for me but I can live with it. I searched for weeks before I came across these and they need to mass market these shoes - unreal. I've noticed a handful of reviews state the arch support is moderate. I personally have never worn anything with such great support. I was actually confused when I first put them on because of the great arch support, but took a few steps and was instantly sold. I wear a 9.5 for everything and the 9.5 fit perfectly. It looks even cuter on and in person than online. The only flaw so far is that the silver insole started to come off a little with the first wear. It’s not bothersome and can probably be glued back on.
