No one would wear a shoe like this expecting much comfort, but the line of them is beautiful - very elegant. They are quite pointy in the toe as one other reviewer stated. This is not a big deal unless you wear a larger size. I do, but I love the shoes and get compliments left and right whenever I wear them, so I don't care about my size 10 feet! Unique look, but still very classic and well-made with no break-in period needed. || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel I really want to like these but... I’m still not sure they’re worth the money. (Zappos has the lowest price though. I love Zappos!) Pluses: Does seem to work butt and core a little more than regular shoes. Very comfortable. Also looks groovy with workout attire. And the added height is nice. Minuses: Isn’t helping my plantar fasciitis. Can be slippery since your outsole is never completely flat on the ground. Not great for standing in place without leaning against anything, since you rock back and forth like a tipsy person. Tips for sizing: I wear a 7W and bought a 7.5M so my toes wouldn’t come too close to the front edge when foot rolls forward. Make sure you adjust the straps so your heel is as far back as possible, so you can really get the full rolling effect. || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Walk this way - I love these shoes! They take a little getting used to because of the rounded sole but my legs feel like they are getting a better workout when I walk (especially feel the muscles in my quads). The only complaint that I have is that my toes feel a bit tight (the shoes are definitely not too small; my toes just sort of feel pushed toward the front of the shoe). Overall, they are great! || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Adorable and fun - These shoes are as charming as they look online! I ordered the yellow to go with a 50s inspired navy dress for a wedding. They look so adorable, but not campy. They seem to run a smidge small and a bit wide. I ordered an 8, but decided to keep because the 8.5 would probably be far too roomy as I have slightly narrow feet. The rubber sole is great...very comfortable. || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Very Comfortable Shoe! These shoes are not only good looking but also extremely comfortable right out of the box. The leather straps are soft and don't rub or cut into the foot. And they are available in extra wide, which is extremely hard to come by! I took them on a cruise and after walking all day on excursions, I'd go back to the ship, change for dinner, and my feet were happy! || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Walking over clouds!! I love these shoes, I have been using Spiras for a year now but this specific style is my favorite. They are so comfy; it feels like you are walking over clouds! || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Rockport Farren - Typical Rockport Dressport quality. The square toe makes my smaller, high-arched feet look longer and slimmer. Only downside is that for a W width, it's a bit narrower than the round-toed wing-tips I usually by in the Dressport line (e.g. Addington). I'd by one width wider next time. Zappos order processing was (as usual) superb, and lightning fast. || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Strappy but a bit clunky - My first foray into the negative heel. Likely good for the calf but makes me walk like a duck and so not a great match. But a pretty sandal and one of the nicer strappy options for those who want a good for you summer shoe. Shiny metallic gold is not too much given the skinny straps. || Ambiguous - Bent Hoodie (Light Blue) - Apparel Best Hiker I've Ever Owned - I have wide feet and find most work and walking boots unsatisfactory for working in the mountains where we live. The Hi-Tec has proven to give me stability, traction, and comfort whatever I'm doing. Work or play, in it all day, and it's wonderful. I love it and bought a second pair for when my first pair wears out.
