I originally ordered this shoe in a 6; it felt a little short on my toes but still comfortable. I called Zappos but had just 2 days before I was to leave for Europe. It was after their cut-off time for shipping shoes out the same day but they did it anyway and overnighted the 6 1/2 to me at their own expense!!!!! Who does that?!!!!! I am amazed!!! In addition, they did not charge me for the second pair & ask only that I return the first pair in the next 14 days or so. These shoes are very comfy and go great with capris. Zappos saved the day for me and I am a fan for life! I have bought the shoe in two different colors and get comments on both the red and the green. I would say the Cole Haan shoe overall is true to size. This shoe is no exception. Love this sandal, it is cute and oooh so comfortable, very sturdy, and well made. Break in was a little rough as I don’t normally wear a thong sandal, but it was not unbearable. Will definitely shop more with Zappos. || Ambiguous - Columbia Hoodie (Black) - Apparel Great right out of the box - These shoes are super-comfortable, and required no breaking in. The only thing I was surprised by is that the upper toe of the shoe is made of a thick mesh, which is great for letting your feet breathe, but which does let in very fine dust and dirt. But these are great shoes--I would definitely buy them again. || Ambiguous - Columbia Hoodie (Black) - Apparel Shoes are very, very cute. Got lots of compliments and they look great with jeans or a skirt. My only complaint with them is that I got a blister on my heel the first time I wore them -- maybe because of the small amount of rubber on the heel area. I started wearing a band-aid over my heel when I wear them and no problems since.
