The first day I wore them, they were a little stiff, but after that became nice and soft. I have worn them all day without any problems. I only wish they had a little bit more arch support. If you have normal feet, you'll love these. They are otherwise comfy right out of the box, the toe box is roomy, and the support is good. I bought this shoe at the mall thinking it was a two strap style of the clog. I got a size 8 and wore them for hours. They felt great. A little tight at first, but they mold to the size of your feet. Later I found out that they were called mary-janes and are for women. OOPS! That’s right! I bought them thinking they were unisex. I still wear them and think they fit and feel great and much better looking than the clog. More men should buy them so they will become a unisex shoe. You can wear them for hours, even in the very hot Las Vegas summer. A MUST HAVE SANDAL! || Ambiguous - Kensington Shorts (Black) - Apparel Toe cap rubs small toes - After wearing these around the house for a couple of hours, I took them on a test hike of 2 miles. The built in toe cap caused blisters on my left foot. I sent them back to Zappos. || Ambiguous - Kensington Shorts (Black) - Apparel Feminine, practical, and comfortable - Finally, an alternative to the Keens that are cut far too wide for my foot, which is not even especially narrow. I wear a size 11 and most athletic style shoes make my feet look even bigger. I think that's because many shoe manufacturers think a large-sized women's fit is the same shape as a man's foot, but that is definitely not the case: The proportions are totally different. J-41 seems to know the difference.
