I have just spent a small fortune on Mephisto sandals...let me tell you the SOFTWALK MEDINA has so much more support. Comfort for walking long distances and the style is great. The insole left my feet feeling fresh, even after a full day of teaching. A great shoe for anyone who's on their feet all day. So far, the padding has not lost its bounce. The shoes are wonderful. They are very comfortable and offer excellent arch support. When I first tried them on, they were a little tight on the toes due to the padding, but after wearing them, they are great. Loved them so much, I bought another pair in a different color! They do make a "whoosh" noise from the air escaping from the padding when walking. Not very noticeable. They are the best shoe I have bought in a long time! || Ashworth - Nanotex Microfiber Jacket (Classic Navy) - Apparel Cute and comfortable - I tried six pairs of white dress shoes from Zappos and these were my favorite and are true to size and width. || Ashworth - Nanotex Microfiber Jacket (Classic Navy) - Apparel I have the dark gray pair and I LOVE them. Super comfortable, very cushy soles. I don't find the rubber toe separator uncomfortable at all, but I am also a seasoned flip-flop wearer. My big problem with these sandals, however, is that THE GLITTER ALL RUBBED OFF! I bought them a year ago, wore them like crazy last summer, but all the glitter rubbed off during that time. I didn't do anything unusual to them, like wear them in water or wash them. My friend suggested putting clear nail polish or hairspray over the glitter next time, so I will try that. || Ashworth - Nanotex Microfiber Jacket (Classic Navy) - Apparel Good sandal... These shoes are easy to put on, easy to take off, and seem to provide good arch support, which is rare in a sandal. My only issue is that the closures are a bit larger than necessary. The sandals still fit, but the sides don't match up exactly. In spite of that, the shoes stay on well and provide good protection for a sandal.
