The bumpy texture of the bottom (sole) feels good on your feet. The only negative thing about the shoe is the heel - it was stiff and cut into the back of my heel somewhat making it necessary for me to put band-aids on the backs of my heels to protect them! || ASICS - ASICS Running Bag (Black) - Bags and Luggage I really want to like these but... I’m still not sure they’re worth the money. (Zappos has the lowest price though. I love Zappos!) Pluses: Does seem to work butt and core a little more than regular shoes. Very comfortable. Also looks groovy with workout attire. And the added height is nice. Minuses: Isn’t helping my plantar fasciitis. Can be slippery since your outsole is never completely flat on the ground. Not great for standing in place without leaning against anything, since you rock back and forth like a tipsy person. Tips for sizing: I wear a 7W and bought a 7.5M so my toes wouldn’t come too close to the front edge when foot rolls forward. Make sure you adjust the straps so your heel is as far back as possible, so you can really get the full rolling effect. || ASICS - ASICS Running Bag (Black) - Bags and Luggage GREAT SHOE - As always, buying from Zappos was a great experience. The toddler grandson with the extra-wide feet loves his sandals! The velcro straps make adjustments a breeze and the shoe is great for either casual or baby boy dress fashions. Shipping was amazingly fast – even with standard shipping the shoes were on my front porch the morning after the afternoon I ordered them! || ASICS - ASICS Running Bag (Black) - Bags and Luggage Nice looking flip flop with a heel - This is a nice, well made flip flop. It is very comfortable. The only problem I have with it is the emblem stitched on the heel. They are always comfortable, durable, and look great. I ordered the Ditto in gold. The gold thread is subtle, making the shoe a great neutral color. They were just what I was looking for in a wedge shoe. I wore them while walking all over Munich.
