I addition, the striped fabric around the heel and the Sperry label are even more sources of irritation. I wish I had sent these back. || ASICS - Budokan (Birch/Ink) - Footwear I really want to like these but... I’m still not sure they’re worth the money. (Zappos has the lowest price though. I love Zappos!) Pluses: Does seem to work butt and core a little more than regular shoes. Very comfortable. Also looks groovy with workout attire. And the added height is nice. Minuses: Isn’t helping my plantar fasciitis. Can be slippery since your outsole is never completely flat on the ground. Not great for standing in place without leaning against anything, since you rock back and forth like a tipsy person. Tips for sizing: I wear a 7W and bought a 7.5M so my toes wouldn’t come too close to the front edge when foot rolls forward. Make sure you adjust the straps so your heel is as far back as possible, so you can really get the full rolling effect. || ASICS - Budokan (Birch/Ink) - Footwear Kate Spade Gali - I was very happy with this shoe for my upcoming wedding. The sandals were exactly as described and very comfortable. || ASICS - Budokan (Birch/Ink) - Footwear Great Shoes! These shoes live up to there description. I used to run in high school and after having a baby tried picking it up again, but wrecked my knees because of the terrible shoes I tried running in. After getting these shoes I have not had one problem with my knees. They are super comfortable and my joints feel great right after the run as well as the next day. I use these almost all of the time on wood trails and they are great for that. The built in stability works great for the uneven paths I'm running on. Would definitely recommend these shoes. I love the color and style too! || ASICS - Budokan (Birch/Ink) - Footwear Shockingly ugly in person -- nothing cute or delicate about this shoe at all. The footbed is extremely wide, so even though it's marked M/W, it really isn't for medium feet at all. The strap falls much lower on the ankle than is obvious from the picture, adding to the clunkiness. "Dark brown" is a muddy grayish-tinged brown under fluorescent lighting. I can't speak to the comfort because I had them on my feet for about five seconds before I packed them away for return. Fits like a glove. I was glad to read previous reviews because I too purchased a half a size smaller and it was a perfect fit. I don't normally go for thong style sandals, but these are great - comfortable and stylish, and the thing between my toes is much less bothersome than I was predicting. The shoes go with almost everything, and I've gotten lots of compliments on them.
