It is a bit tight around the toes, but it makes it feel more secure on your foot. It does loosen a bit as you wear it. But I wore them only a couple of times before the surface of the foot bed under my big toe started peeling off. Definitely NOT worth the price. I'm surprised Nine West is selling such an inferior product. || ASICS - Cael V2.0 (Black/Metallic Silver) - Footwear Feminine, practical, and comfortable - Finally, an alternative to the Keens that are cut far too wide for my foot, which is not even especially narrow. I wear a size 11 and most athletic style shoes make my feet look even bigger. I think that's because many shoe manufacturers think a large-sized women's fit is the same shape as a man's foot, but that is definitely not the case: The proportions are totally different. J-41 seems to know the difference. I stand on my feet all day and these sandals give the needed support as well as the adjustment straps if my feet swell.
