If you are patient enough to reconfigure the lacing on these, you've won half the battle. I probably wouldn't have had to work so hard at adjusting them had I paid attention to the other reviewers who stated that the shoes run VERY LARGE. They do. Definitely order a size down from your usual. The insoles on these are incredible, they really do feel like walking on marshmallows after you have worn them for a few weeks. I get stopped constantly by people wanting to know where I got them. Still, the lacing is a pain and in order for the shoe to fit correctly, you pretty much have to work on it to some degree every time you put your feet in them. If these didn't have a back and were just a slide, it would eliminate that. I have never worn them for water sports, but they are very grippy on pavement, rocks, clutch pedals, you name it. The insole is great, they are a unique-looking shoe, but overall pricey for what they are. || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear I love this shoe! Merrells are always great. I needed a comfortable shoe because I have a broken toe. I saw this and knew it was perfect. And it is. Looks good and feels great. || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear Reef Contour Smoothy - I’m always a fan of Reefs. I ordered this shoe even though it’s a men’s. I have it in another color & needed a brown. They have a pretty decent arch support & the material that the shoe is made of is very comfy to walk on. I can wear them all day with no problems. There is no break in period. I usually wear an 8 1/2-9 in women’s so I ordered a 9 in men’s since that is what size my other pair are. They could be a tad bit smaller but still fit well. Since they are men’s, the strap is looser fitting than a women’s pair but it’s not a problem & doesn’t make the shoe too loose or sloppy or rub. Reef Contour Smoothy is a great shoe!! || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear Love these shoes - I usually wear a size 6 but these run a bit big so I'm in a 5.5. Very comfortable. Have used them in a few workouts and they feel great, which is to say that I don't notice them. (I only notice shoes when they hurt!) Maybe not as much support for overpronation, but I only notice when I'm looking for it. || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear Great looks - bad fit - These shoes are so good looking and if they fit you properly, you are lucky. My problem was the toe box. I ordered up a 1/2 size and the shoe started flopping off. I'm mailing back the 1/2 size and keeping the original shoe I ordered. I'm hoping they will stretch. They have an excellent heel and can even be worn to work. I was thinking about those rainy days. Pumas and I have some problems with fit. If you don't, I would recommend this shoe. || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear Cool shoes... but not durable at all - I had these shoes for about a month and then they started to fall apart. I absolutely love this shoe, but I can't seem to figure out why they're so wobbly. I can wear 4 inch spike heels to dinner with fewer balance problems than with these shoes. I ordered the shoe in a Wide and they fit perfectly. Wore them to a formal dance and didn't need to take them off. Did need to soak my feet the next day though... || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear Comfortable and Stylish - This sandal is comfortable as expected from a Clarks shoe, but it is also stylish. Looks great with jeans and capris. || ASICS - Court Star (White/True Blue) - Footwear Comfortable right out of the box. I wear a 10W and the size was right on for me. I didn't have the problems mentioned by some others. It fits nicely around my bunion and my little toe is well contained in the shoe. Nice, professional-looking summer work shoe; good for casual wear, too.
