It is so comfortable and looks great. The only problem I have is the back strap gets loose and there is no way to tighten it. This shoe is one you could wear all day without any trouble. Ordered it and other dresses from Zappos and amazingly got them all the very next day. When I modeled this one for my hubby, his response was that it was the most elegant of all the dresses. Surprising but true! I love the look of these shoes, but since they are so high, my foot slides down and squishes my toes. They are 4 inches, not 3.5. The criss-cross hurt my toes. I have a narrow foot but can sometimes wear a medium if I go down a half size. I bought it based on the recommendations I read here, and I'm so glad I did. The leather's really soft and comfortable; I wore mine 3 days in a row, when I first got them, with no sore spots and no blisters. Yes, they’re not ultra-sexy shoes, but they look really nice with summer trousers, and I can wear them at work without problems. Well worth the money, and the fast Zappos shipping is always appreciated.
