I was looking for a sandal that could show off my toes and be cool for summer but that would also allow me to wear my orthotics and not look clunky. This was it. I did have to break them in – or break my foot in – until the thong between the toes became comfortable. My problem was the toe box. I ordered up a 1/2 size and the shoe started flopping off. I'm mailing back the 1/2 size and keeping the original shoe I ordered. I'm hoping they will stretch. They have an excellent heel and can even be worn to work. I was thinking about those rainy days. Pumas and I have some problems with fit. The shoe is a great and comfortable shoe, I have been wearing Adios for about five yrs and they feel great. So far, I've been wearing them all over NYC...and not 1 blister yet! Definitely can't say that for very many pairs of brand new shoes! It has a few nice pockets both inside and out that are handy. It's a little bigger than I really wanted and easy to fill up with too much stuff. The shoes are surprisingly durable also. I got caught in a flood and walked through water with them on and they did not fade, crack, or warp at all. I just bought a second pair.
