Haven't worn again - am sure I can soften up the toe hold, but the cramp issue may come back. The footbed is very comfortable and the straps secure... as to be expected with Born shoes. These are beautiful shoes that were for a wedding flower girl dress. The shoes, though, are very versatile and dress up and down easily. My daughter found them to be very comfortable. I ordered a medium width and it was sufficient for my daughter's wide toe area. She wore them all day at a wedding and danced the whole time. No blisters or sore places on her feet. Of course, the delivery of the shoes was timely. Ordered them on a Monday night and they were sitting on my porch Tuesday morning. After wearing the shoes at home for only an hour or so, I wore them to a very long wedding day celebration. They were completely comfortable the entire day. Having a very narrow foot, I am so appreciative of the extensive line of Stuart Weitzman shoes available for both casual and dress wear. My ONLY complaint would be lack of an arch support. These are still way better than my $1.99 flip flops!!! Oh, and the part between the toes, great! I want to pack as little as possible...so I bought these shoes that I think are cute enough to wear with my party dress...and super comfortable for all day touring around. So far, I've been wearing them all over NYC...and not 1 blister yet! Definitely can't say that for very many pairs of brand new shoes! We were planning a trip to Disneyworld and I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking, so I decided to buy a shoe made for that purpose. I am so glad I did. My feet never hurt, even after walking for hours in the hot Florida sun. The shoe was so comfortable and gave me lots of support. I don't normally go for thong style sandals, but these are great - comfortable and stylish, and the thing between my toes is much less bothersome than I was predicting.
