I searched for weeks before I came across these and they need to mass market these shoes - unreal. I've noticed a handful of reviews state the arch support is moderate. I personally have never worn anything with such great support. I was actually confused when I first put them on because of the great arch support, but took a few steps and was instantly sold. These shoes are easy to put on, easy to take off, and seem to provide good arch support, which is rare in a sandal. My only issue is that the closures are a bit larger than necessary. The sandals still fit, but the sides don't match up exactly. In spite of that, the shoes stay on well and provide good protection for a sandal. || ASICS - Dan Gable Ultimate (Black/Quicksilver/Red) - Footwear Love Them :) First time buyer at Zappos - and it was a wonderful experience. I have wide feet and it is extremely difficult finding comfortable shoes where I live. I normally require a wide width, however when ordering these shoes I decided to get a WW because my feet tend to swell in the summer. The fit is fabulous. I plan to order the navy as well. They have lasted better than any other slipper I have purchased and they are still comfortable 6 months later. I got used to that after a few wears. I hand wash mine, but I think it could be machine-washed in cold water quite nicely.
