I'm heavy set and these things are amazingly comfortable. 4-8 hours of comfortable wear. Rarely do I get any sort of heel that's reasonably cute and comfortable. These shoes go with dress pants, suits, skirts, dresses, everything. I live in sandals during the summer, but it's hard for me to find designs that are rugged yet feminine enough to be able to wear with skirts and dresses. These are perfect - strappy and lightweight, but can withstand running around on gravel, grass, sand...you name it. I do agree with the reviewers who mention that the foot bed on this is rather flat. They did not fit the way my other Sesto Meucci slip-ons fit.
