Fits like a glove. I was glad to read previous reviews because I too purchased a half a size smaller and it was a perfect fit. No more high heels for me and I don't want to wear granny shoes! These are really stylish. I got them in the gold. They fit perfectly and they are great on my foot. I wish that they had more arch support, but I will just have to wear them in a little bit and deal with it. They are really cute! || Birkenstock - Arizona (California Mission Blue) - Footwear Shockingly ugly in person -- nothing cute or delicate about this shoe at all. The footbed is extremely wide, so even though it's marked M/W, it really isn't for medium feet at all. The strap falls much lower on the ankle than is obvious from the picture, adding to the clunkiness. "Dark brown" is a muddy grayish-tinged brown under fluorescent lighting. I can't speak to the comfort because I had them on my feet for about five seconds before I packed them away for return. I do like Born, but the Gale is a miss in my book. || Birkenstock - Arizona (California Mission Blue) - Footwear This is the shoe I wear to run errands in... Easy on/easy off like a loafer with the styling of a sneaker. Converse shoes are rather flat, so there's not much arch support with these, but there is enough cushioning so that my feet don't ache as terribly as they would with flip-flops or sandals. These have a really relaxed fit around the foot/toebox and they also run rather large. I normally wear a 7/7.5 and I bought these in a 6.5 - I don't wear socks with them. || Birkenstock - Arizona (California Mission Blue) - Footwear Comfort, comfort and comfort - I don’t have to ask my husband, I can see myself how comfortable these shoes are. He says he forgets he wears shoes at all, they are like air and very comfy. Great look and comfort for summer. Super speed on delivery.
