I am impressed with the fit and comfort. I would highly recommend this running shoe to anyone. Just remember runners, that you must order a size or size and a half larger than your regular shoe size. I wear a narrow shoe, ordered a narrow, and this shoe is WAY too wide; my toes slide right off the end of the toe box. I got them just before going on a trip to San Francisco. I walked all over in them and my feet never hurt. They look great with jeans, capris and a skirt/ or dress. I have another pair of DJP shoes and these are more comfortable. I will have to look for another style in black too. I love the pewter color though. It's different. || Birkenstock - Arizona Nubuck (Unisex) (Pistachio Nubuck) - Footwear The shoe itself was okay except for one feature: the tongue. The tongue is so long and overly padded that you cannot cinch the laces down tight over it. This means you are constantly retying and adjusting it, and cinching it down super tight which ends up hurting your foot. If North Face fixed the tongue, it would be a great shoe, but the current tongue is a huge problem and makes the shoe extremely uncomfortable. || Birkenstock - Arizona Nubuck (Unisex) (Pistachio Nubuck) - Footwear Love the look - I got these in the gold and the color is perfect for just about anything. It is comfortable from the start, but not good for walking a lot. I absolutely love this shoe! All of her shoes are great, but I get heads turning with these. I was in Santa Fe recently and saw a woman wearing them. I wanted a pair, shopped around on line and ordered them from my very favorite online shoe store: Zappos. They are comfortable but can look dressy enough to wear when dressed up.
