I personally have never worn anything with such great support. I was actually confused when I first put them on because of the great arch support, but took a few steps and was instantly sold. I wear a 10W and the size was right on for me. I didn't have the problems mentioned by some others. It fits nicely around my bunion and my little toe is well contained in the shoe. My feet were a little sore by the end of the night but then again I don't wear heels ever - it's hard to find shoes for a 10.5 WW. Having such a big wide foot makes it hard to find decent shoes but these fit the bill perfect and are very pretty. I wear a narrow shoe, ordered a narrow, and this shoe is WAY too wide; my toes slide right off the end of the toe box. The shoe is a great and comfortable shoe, I have been wearing Adios for about five yrs and they feel great. They are made of comfortable, stretchy fabric. The waistband is not too low or too tight, plus the length is very flattering. These have worked out really well, and the color combination is unusual (safari/seaport/bracken). These seem wider than many other Puma styles. Not excessively wide, though. Minus an insert they have no support or cushioning, but because of the width it's easy to change that.
