Purchased for wedding and have become the only dressy shoes I will wear. Silver heel is understated and crystals do not look gaudy. I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes, these are fabulous. They are true to size. I got mine a year and a half ago and they are still going strong (got the green ones but that isn't enough - I want the black ones as well). If you like Puma, you will love these. The shoe size that I have now are a little bit too small (10, my fault), but its leather has adapted itself to my foot size - I may notice that they are too small after a day of use. I live in one of the most rainy cities that I know of. Still these keep my feet dry. They don't provide much of ventilation, but that has never been a problem either. Recommended? Yes. Don't hesitate buying these if you like their looks. Needless to say, i have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. Easy to walk in too. || Birkenstock - Boston (Antique Peat Nubuck) - Footwear These fit my feet! Ok - I think if you wear large sizes, this style may not complement your feet. I took them out of the box and the first thing I thought was "ugh - these look big and really wide". I need wide shoes for my bunions and I wear a 6 - they look and feel great, so this style rates a "5" for me. The wedge is supportive and I love the nubbies; just enough for massaging while you're walking. However, I don't think these sandals are for everyone. I purchased the baby blue/white pair; very breezy looking. || Birkenstock - Boston (Antique Peat Nubuck) - Footwear I have the dark gray pair and I LOVE them. Super comfortable, very cushy soles. I don't find the rubber toe separator uncomfortable at all, but I am also a seasoned flip-flop wearer. My big problem with these sandals, however, is that THE GLITTER ALL RUBBED OFF! I bought them a year ago, wore them like crazy last summer, but all the glitter rubbed off during that time. I didn't do anything unusual to them, like wear them in water or wash them. My friend suggested putting clear nail polish or hairspray over the glitter next time, so I will try that. || Birkenstock - Boston (Antique Peat Nubuck) - Footwear Love this shoe! Very comfortable, great hot weather shoe. No breaking in needed, good for walking and standing in long lines. I got the moss, which is really a neutral color - looks nice with just about every other color while adding a touch of pizzazz.
