No one would wear a shoe like this expecting much comfort, but the line of them is beautiful - very elegant. They are quite pointy in the toe as one other reviewer stated. This is not a big deal unless you wear a larger size. I do, but I love the shoes and get compliments left and right whenever I wear them, so I don't care about my size 10 feet! Okay, not every day. The only negative is that the compression shorts underneath are not particularly tight so they tend to ride up. The bumpy texture of the bottom (sole) feels good on your feet. The only negative thing about the shoe is the heel - it was stiff and cut into the back of my heel somewhat making it necessary for me to put band-aids on the backs of my heels to protect them!
