The shoes look as good as they did in the photos. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly. The comfort is very good; I wore them all morning the first time and found them very comfortable. They were very comfortable. My foot is narrow and I did not feel they were too wide. My only complaint is when I looked at the bottom of the shoe the next day, the soles of the shoe were very worn and I'm not sure if I will get many more wearings. I have bought the shoe in two different colors and get comments on both the red and the green. I would say the Cole Haan shoe overall is true to size. This shoe is no exception. Very cute shoes, good heel height, but if you have a narrow heel like I do, these fabric sling backs will slip. I tried placing Foot Petals Strappy Strips inside but they didn't stick. I happened to looked down after wearing them for a few hours and saw the strips hanging down. Not a good look! They also cut me a bit across the toes. I didn't think that would be an issue at all as they are stretch fabric. Overall, not all that pleased with this purchase. I didn't have the problems mentioned by some others. It fits nicely around my bunion and my little toe is well contained in the shoe.
