Helle is the only brand of shoes I have worn for years because this is the only brand that combines beauty and true foot health/comfort. My feet hurt terribly in all other dress/work shoes because I have flat feet and other foot challenges (probably from wearing women’s shoes all my life). Helle makes it a point to build in a REAL arch support. And of all the current Helle styles, this one is my absolute favorite. It is so cute and SO, SO, SO comfortable. I was searching for this particular Helle style when I discovered Zappos. I was surprised and thrilled to actually find these shoes - and then after I ordered them, I was delighted to discover that Zappos has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am in shoe heaven!!! Thank you Zappos! || Born - Amarna (Canella) - Footwear Adorable, but awkward fit - I had high hopes for this shoe because it was edgy and toed the line between formal and casual, but the fit was all wrong. The heel width is fine, if a bit narrow, but due to construction of this shoe, my inner heel tends to sit off of the sole. If I were pigeon-toed, I imagine this shoe would fit perfectly. Also, there is no traction on this shoe, which would be dangerous on non-carpeted surfaces such as hardwood floors or tile.
