I've been wearing Merrells for the past seven years, since my third year of medical school and couldn’t imagine wearing anything else for work as I'm on my feet all day. Merrells are always great. I needed a comfortable shoe because I have a broken toe. I saw this and knew it was perfect. And it is. After reading reviews that this shoe runs a full size smaller than marked, I ordered a 7 when I typically wear an 8. At first the 7s felt great, but then I walked the dog around the block and came home carrying my shoes rather than wearing them. Ouch! I had blisters for days. I love the look of the shoe so much, though, that I exchanged them for a 7.5. What a difference! They look great, feel like slippers, and no more blisters. Both were great. || Born - Belo (Mudhut (Dark Brown) Leather) - Footwear I LOVE THESE!!! Got the copper with yellow bling and they are adorable, with capital A!!! I had misgivings about toe loop, but so far, so good. Copper is a great color and will blend in with any color outfit I will wear. Very comfortable. Also Zappos is heads and above a first rate company. Customer service is superb and I am very impressed with how customer satisfaction is truly a priority. I live in sandals during the summer, but it's hard for me to find designs that are rugged yet feminine enough to be able to wear with skirts and dresses. These are perfect - strappy and lightweight, but can withstand running around on gravel, grass, sand...you name it. I do agree with the reviewers who mention that the foot bed on this is rather flat. I would buy it again without hesitation. No one would wear a shoe like this expecting much comfort, but the line of them is beautiful - very elegant. They are quite pointy in the toe as one other reviewer stated. This is not a big deal unless you wear a larger size. I do, but I love the shoes and get compliments left and right whenever I wear them, so I don't care about my size 10 feet!
