Although the shoe has excellent support, it's not heavy in weight which many good walking shoes seem to be. I find it very comfortable with or without my orthotics. I had seen the shoe locally; however, Zappos had the best price on it, and you can't beat their delivery policy! I've ordered several times from Zappos without a problem! || Born - Boosey (Pearl Full Grain Leather) - Footwear Privo Trumpet - This shoe will rub the back of your heel and cause blisters to form. Make sure that you wear it with mole skin the first couple of times. || Born - Boosey (Pearl Full Grain Leather) - Footwear Love the look - I got these in the gold and the color is perfect for just about anything. It is comfortable from the start, but not good for walking a lot. I like that the white is not too light, so I don't think there are transparency issues. I think the fabric is perfect for summer. And the cut seems to be very flattering. I did need to go a size down, but I bounce between small and medium in Patagonia. I'm small on top (34A) so the darts on the medium did not work for me.
