They take a little getting used to because of the rounded sole but my legs feel like they are getting a better workout when I walk (especially feel the muscles in my quads). The only complaint that I have is that my toes feel a bit tight (the shoes are definitely not too small; my toes just sort of feel pushed toward the front of the shoe). My toes did rub just a little bit in the front, but there was absolutely no break-in period and these stayed on my feet. It's amazing how just adjusting the drawstring will change how this shoe feels on your foot. I plan on using these for kayaking and am really excited. They don't have heel coverage, which worried me, but like I said, they stay on your feet and I feel that my heel will be protected. This is by far the most expensive pair of flip flops I've ever purchased but they’re also the most comfortable I've ever worn by far!!! "Butter!" I bought a pair of these to replace an aging pair of Footjoys. I have always worn Footjoys but came across a good deal on these. I like Adidas running shoes, so I thought I would give them a try. They fit like house slippers. Just walking around the driving range the first time I wore them I was amazed how soft and broken in the felt. If these hold up like my Footjoys did, I will have a new brand of golf shoe. Overall quality seems very high and well made. Has the look of a dressier golf shoe with the comfort of a tennis style golf shoe. I bought the white with metal, which looks a little dressier and sharp. Excellent traction as well. I want to pack as little as possible...so I bought these shoes that I think are cute enough to wear with my party dress...and super comfortable for all day touring around. So far, I've been wearing them all over NYC...and not 1 blister yet! Definitely can't say that for very many pairs of brand new shoes!
