They are the true workhorse in my shoe wardrobe. I bought them to take to Italy last August for a BackRoads cycling tour of Tuscany. They were the perfect "stylish" walking shoe and provided wonderful support. I ordered them for regular shipping, but Zappos sent them in two days! After wearing these flip-flops, I will never buy any other brand. They are so comfortable, they fit perfect, and they look great! || Born - Carlisle (Black Patent) - Footwear Cute and comfy! These shoes are cute and comfy. They took about a week to break in, esp. around the toe, but they did not rub enough to cause a blister. I got them just before going on a trip to San Francisco. I walked all over in them and my feet never hurt. They look great with jeans, capris and a skirt/ or dress. I have another pair of DJP shoes and these are more comfortable. I will have to look for another style in black too. I love the pewter color though. They are made of comfortable, stretchy fabric. The waistband is not too low or too tight, plus the length is very flattering. I already placed an order for another pair in different colors!! || Born - Carlisle (Black Patent) - Footwear Adorable, but awkward fit - I had high hopes for this shoe because it was edgy and toed the line between formal and casual, but the fit was all wrong. The heel width is fine, if a bit narrow, but due to construction of this shoe, my inner heel tends to sit off of the sole. If I were pigeon-toed, I imagine this shoe would fit perfectly. Also, there is no traction on this shoe, which would be dangerous on non-carpeted surfaces such as hardwood floors or tile.
