I searched for weeks before I came across these and they need to mass market these shoes - unreal. I've noticed a handful of reviews state the arch support is moderate. I personally have never worn anything with such great support. I was actually confused when I first put them on because of the great arch support, but took a few steps and was instantly sold. They need to do a Superbowl commercial. || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear Sexy Shoes - These shoes are so sexy, which is a rare find for wide feet. I wish I would have taken the time to wearing them around the house a little before I wore them out. My fault! || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear Great sandal for orthotics! I was looking for a sandal that could show off my toes and be cool for summer but that would also allow me to wear my orthotics and not look clunky. This was it. I did have to break them in – or break my foot in – until the thong between the toes became comfortable. But with wearing them a bit longer each day in the house, by the time I was ready to go to work with them, they were comfortable and very elegant. || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear I love these shoes. These shoes feel great. I got them just before going on a trip to San Francisco. I walked all over in them and my feet never hurt. They look great with jeans, capris and a skirt/ or dress. I have another pair of DJP shoes and these are more comfortable. I will have to look for another style in black too. I love the pewter color though. It's different. || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear If it doesn't fit you must acquit - I used to own a pair of Vasque Sundowner GTX and for years it held-up excellent as I hiked along the Appalachian Trail. I put hundreds of miles on them. Then naturally the sole has just worn out and when I ordered another pair, wow was it awful. It turns out Vasque now makes these boots somewhere else and the fit is not the same as in the old days when Vasque made them in Italy. I really wish they would go back to the Italian version. Buyer beware until they make this boot back in Italy were it belongs. It’s sad to see a company regress. || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear My feet are rejoicing - For years, I bought nothing but Adidas Supernova Trail shoes. But for some reason, the last pair completely tore up my feet. So I limped into the running store and after trying on many pairs, I swear the heavens opened and the angels started singing when I put the Brooks Dyads on my feet. It was like bouncing around on a cloud. I have a high arch and am a slight under-pronator, so I put in a pair of the green SuperFeet orthotics. I have noticed since switching to these shoes that my run is more stable, and I can actually last a lot longer on the road. || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear Look good- but uncomfortable for me - I really wanted to like these shoes- and on the positive side they are lightweight and look nice. On the negative, the toe box is very cramped compared to comparable sizes of other brands, and the shoes are very stiff. I won't be able to wear them jogging unless they 'relax' significantly. If I had tried them on in a store, I wouldn't have chosen them, but they are ok to wear for work. || Born - Columbus (Black Leather) - Footwear Cool blue shoe - These shoes are wonderfully comfortable for a high heel. The color in the photo is a little off -- they are a little lighter blue, more like a faded denim.
