I used to run in high school and after having a baby tried picking it up again, but wrecked my knees because of the terrible shoes I tried running in. After getting these shoes I have not had one problem with my knees. They are super comfortable and my joints feel great right after the run as well as the next day. I use these almost all of the time on wood trails and they are great for that. The built in stability works great for the uneven paths I'm running on. Would definitely recommend these shoes. If I had any complaints, it would be the lining could be heavier duty and the straw surface is already showing a little wear.
