Haven't worn again - am sure I can soften up the toe hold, but the cramp issue may come back. The footbed is very comfortable and the straps secure... as to be expected with Born shoes. I didn't have the problems mentioned by some others. It fits nicely around my bunion and my little toe is well contained in the shoe. Although the shoe has excellent support, it's not heavy in weight which many good walking shoes seem to be. I find it very comfortable with or without my orthotics. I had seen the shoe locally; however, Zappos had the best price on it, and you can't beat their delivery policy! It looks great with jeans, shorts and summer style dress pants. It has a few nice pockets both inside and out that are handy. It's a little bigger than I really wanted and easy to fill up with too much stuff. I rarely wear heels and was able to dance all night in them! These are very comfortable and the wider heel was great for support and ease when either walking down the aisle or dancing on the dance floor. Zappos customer service was great also, as they originally didn't have my size, but assured me that they would before the wedding date...and sure enough they came in plenty of time.
