If you are patient enough to reconfigure the lacing on these, you've won half the battle. I probably wouldn't have had to work so hard at adjusting them had I paid attention to the other reviewers who stated that the shoes run VERY LARGE. They do. Definitely order a size down from your usual. The insoles on these are incredible, they really do feel like walking on marshmallows after you have worn them for a few weeks. I get stopped constantly by people wanting to know where I got them. Still, the lacing is a pain and in order for the shoe to fit correctly, you pretty much have to work on it to some degree every time you put your feet in them. If these didn't have a back and were just a slide, it would eliminate that. I have never worn them for water sports, but they are very grippy on pavement, rocks, clutch pedals, you name it. The insole is great, they are a unique-looking shoe, but overall pricey for what they are. || Delman - Lynsay-Vl (Black/White) - Footwear Great Comfort - This is a fantastic sneaker and goes well with just about any thing for the summer. I have bought the shoe in two different colors and get comments on both the red and the green. I would say the Cole Haan shoe overall is true to size. This shoe is no exception. I have only tried the Dorsi 0, but look forward to kicking it up a notch with the Dorsi 2. The fit is true to size. The shoe is ideal for walking or running, but is comfortable for all cross-training. || Delman - Lynsay-Vl (Black/White) - Footwear Cute mary janes - These shoes are comfortable - once broken in. The arch by my toes rubbed a bit at first - nice size heel and sleek, stylish shoes. Great with slacks for work, comfortable walking shoe. I got these in black leather and love the feel of the shoe. I have had others and bottom line - fit, look, comfort, and durability are superior to any other sandal. I still have my first pair (3 years now) that I use to walk the beach. They did not fit the way my other Sesto Meucci slip-ons fit. I ordered a 7 and they are too big. I didn't like the color as well. They are listed as "Pearl", but look more like grey.
