If you are patient enough to reconfigure the lacing on these, you've won half the battle. I probably wouldn't have had to work so hard at adjusting them had I paid attention to the other reviewers who stated that the shoes run VERY LARGE. They do. Definitely order a size down from your usual. The insoles on these are incredible, they really do feel like walking on marshmallows after you have worn them for a few weeks. I get stopped constantly by people wanting to know where I got them. Still, the lacing is a pain and in order for the shoe to fit correctly, you pretty much have to work on it to some degree every time you put your feet in them. If these didn't have a back and were just a slide, it would eliminate that. I have never worn them for water sports, but they are very grippy on pavement, rocks, clutch pedals, you name it. The insole is great, they are a unique-looking shoe, but overall pricey for what they are. || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear Exactly as promised. The shoe is comfortable, as wide as promised, cushy but supportive, and cute! || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear Great Driving Shoe - I purchased this shoe for a long driving trip. I have used driving mocs before but I wanted a sporty shoe. I first ordered a size 9. Too tight in the toe box and narrow. Reordered a size 9.5, a little better. Drove 7 hours, never did my foot slide off the pedal. Once again, I started getting pain in the toe box and the shoe felt like it was a visor. I could not wait to get out of the car and put my old Keds on. I did use them to drive back home. All I can say is try them if you like them. It might be my particular problem. || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear I bought these shoes for a trip involving a lot of walking and a lot of beaches (love Door County, WI). These shoes were great! My toes did rub just a little bit in the front, but there was absolutely no break-in period and these stayed on my feet. It's amazing how just adjusting the drawstring will change how this shoe feels on your foot. I plan on using these for kayaking and am really excited. They don't have heel coverage, which worried me, but like I said, they stay on your feet and I feel that my heel will be protected. Overall great buy for the price. || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear Love these flats - I love these. I am careful not to wear them in the rain as they are low to the ground. They feel like my real ballet slippers for dance class, but have rubber on the bottoms for traction and wear. Very stylish in black and I had not problems so far with the stitching and I’ve worn them about 30x. Love them for work with long slacks, linen pants. Didn’t stretch too much for me but molded nicely to my foot. || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear Versatile and Comfortable - I bought these shoes for a trip that I'm going on where it's going to be HOT and I'll be walking a lot...and then I'll be attending a wedding. I want to pack as little as possible...so I bought these shoes that I think are cute enough to wear with my party dress...and super comfortable for all day touring around. So far, I've been wearing them all over NYC...and not 1 blister yet! Definitely can't say that for very many pairs of brand new shoes! Highly recommended! || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear A perfect daily sandal! This sandal walks with comfort, has a slightly sexy toe thong, and is a jump and go option. I have it in 2 colors and would consider buying more colors. I bought the second shoe in a half size larger. Either size works and I don't know my favorite yet. Expect compliments. || Delman - Preston-Cs (Peacock Suede) - Footwear My friend calls these my "wicked witch of the west shoes" I love them. I was in Santa Fe recently and saw a woman wearing them. I wanted a pair, shopped around on line and ordered them from my very favorite online shoe store: Zappos. They are comfortable but can look dressy enough to wear when dressed up.
