I searched for weeks before I came across these and they need to mass market these shoes - unreal. I've noticed a handful of reviews state the arch support is moderate. I personally have never worn anything with such great support. I was actually confused when I first put them on because of the great arch support, but took a few steps and was instantly sold. The Hipthong is a great casual flip flop although in no way should they be confused with regular, no-support flip flops. I also have the ZX/2 Unaweep sandal AND the new Canyonland Low shoe. The Chaco Bio-Centric footbed can't be beat for comfort and support. I bought these in the Tamarind color and they're so cute that complete strangers have asked me where I got my shoes. It is very comfortable. The only problem I have with it is the emblem stitched on the heel. The shoe fit is perfect and I would recommend this shoe to anyone with a baby. But anyway, you all have a great staff at Zappos and I thank you for your concern but, as for now I have just put the shoes back in the closet. This won't keep me from buying from you guys in the future. It looks great with jeans, shorts and summer style dress pants.
