My mom has sciatic nerve damage from having two back surgeries, so she has constant pain in her legs and feet. These are the only shoes that have helped ease the pain. She has tried expensive name brand athletic style shoes and she still had to add extra support and they still hurt her feet and legs. She can wear these shoes as they are, without adding extra support, because they are so comfortable for her. These would be perfect for anyone who is on their feet most of the time or those who have problems with their feet, legs, and back... They are comfortable – as long as you're used to this heel size. I am careful not to wear them in the rain as they are low to the ground. They feel like my real ballet slippers for dance class, but have rubber on the bottoms for traction and wear. Very stylish in black and I had not problems so far with the stitching and I’ve worn them about 30x. Love them for work with long slacks, linen pants. Didn’t stretch too much for me but molded nicely to my foot. || Diadora Kids - Gamma R MD PU AX Jr (Youth) (Black/White) - Footwear Cute does not mean comfortable - These sandals look great, but gave me terrible blisters on the top of my foot where the rope rubs. I addition, the striped fabric around the heel and the Sperry label are even more sources of irritation. I bought it based on the recommendations I read here, and I'm so glad I did. The leather's really soft and comfortable; I wore mine 3 days in a row, when I first got them, with no sore spots and no blisters. Yes, they’re not ultra-sexy shoes, but they look really nice with summer trousers, and I can wear them at work without problems. Well worth the money, and the fast Zappos shipping is always appreciated.
