I’m still not sure they’re worth the money. (Zappos has the lowest price though. I love Zappos!) Pluses: Does seem to work butt and core a little more than regular shoes. Very comfortable. Also looks groovy with workout attire. And the added height is nice. Minuses: Isn’t helping my plantar fasciitis. Can be slippery since your outsole is never completely flat on the ground. Not great for standing in place without leaning against anything, since you rock back and forth like a tipsy person. Tips for sizing: I wear a 7W and bought a 7.5M so my toes wouldn’t come too close to the front edge when foot rolls forward. This is by far the most expensive pair of flip flops I've ever purchased but they’re also the most comfortable I've ever worn by far!!! "Butter!" Comfortable, well-fitting, cute. In fact, this is a replacement – my puppy chewed my first pair. I typically don't like to spend over this much for a pair of shoes, but took the chance. They look too big and kind of clunky on your feet, even though they're very lightweight, but once I put them on and wore them for about an hour, I was in love. I then heated them as recommended and I have to tell you, they are the most comfortable flip-flops I've ever worn. I'm sure I'll be buying more colors soon! I still wish they looked a bit more streamlined. The only thing I was surprised by is that the upper toe of the shoe is made of a thick mesh, which is great for letting your feet breathe, but which does let in very fine dust and dirt.
