Easy on/easy off like a loafer with the styling of a sneaker. Converse shoes are rather flat, so there's not much arch support with these, but there is enough cushioning so that my feet don't ache as terribly as they would with flip-flops or sandals. These have a really relaxed fit around the foot/toebox and they also run rather large.
