If you are patient enough to reconfigure the lacing on these, you've won half the battle. I probably wouldn't have had to work so hard at adjusting them had I paid attention to the other reviewers who stated that the shoes run VERY LARGE. They do. Definitely order a size down from your usual. The insoles on these are incredible, they really do feel like walking on marshmallows after you have worn them for a few weeks. I get stopped constantly by people wanting to know where I got them. Still, the lacing is a pain and in order for the shoe to fit correctly, you pretty much have to work on it to some degree every time you put your feet in them. If these didn't have a back and were just a slide, it would eliminate that. I have never worn them for water sports, but they are very grippy on pavement, rocks, clutch pedals, you name it. The insole is great, they are a unique-looking shoe, but overall pricey for what they are. || Dockers - Halleck (Tan Leather) - Footwear Softspots Odette - Comfortable dress shoe, very soft. Even if worn without socks, will not rub… it's nice. However, this shoe seem narrower than most styles. Feels like the W size is more like other shoe’s regular size… WW is W maybe? Zappos is good as always. Usually if the same shoe is offered by multiple stores, I always order from Zappos. It's just easier, I don't have to worry about too many things. || Dockers - Halleck (Tan Leather) - Footwear So satisfied with Softwalk! I have just spent a small fortune on Mephisto sandals...let me tell you the SOFTWALK MEDINA has so much more support. Comfort for walking long distances and the style is great. I returned my Mephistos and will be ordering ONLY Softwalk from now on. || Dockers - Halleck (Tan Leather) - Footwear Very Comfortable - Delivered three days before attending a wedding, was concerned about fit and comfort. Both were great. || Dockers - Halleck (Tan Leather) - Footwear Great shoe - Very comfortable, looks good, and gets lots of compliments. I was looking for a neutral slide and this is now the most comfortable shoes that I own. I recommend it without reservation. || Dockers - Halleck (Tan Leather) - Footwear Good for walking - At first I thought these sandals were built funny because they have an "arch" much closer to the toes than my actual arch is. I decided to keep them because they were Clarks and seemed comfortable. Now I think that "arch" is a special design to help the shoe stay on your foot when walking fast. They are unusually good walking shoes for a slide sandal. The design is not particularly elegant, but I like the dark red color. They're my main summer sandals and I'll wear them with pants and casual dresses or skirts. || Dockers - Halleck (Tan Leather) - Footwear Classic & Fun! This is such a fun shoe! I bought the red ones and was stopped on the street by strangers telling me how hot they were and of course, asked me where I got them. The youth size I have a feeling is different because all those reviews are bad. 360 flips in this shoe are mad, every big spin feels great.
