Slightly modified from the original... The Half Cab "Pro" has a polyurethane insole (same as AV Sk8 Lo or the TNT 2 shoes) and just slightly more padding in the tongue. Both are good things! After more than 15 years, this shoe still holds its own in terms of boardfeel, protection, and style. I wore them cave exploring (in water), white water rafting, zip-lining, rappelling, horse back riding, and trekking through the jungle. They have room to grow, are cute and well made. They were very comfortable. My foot is narrow and I did not feel they were too wide. My only complaint is when I looked at the bottom of the shoe the next day, the soles of the shoe were very worn and I'm not sure if I will get many more wearings. The shoe is really narrow and the lower straps at the top of the shoe really dig into your foot. They also don't look nearly as nice on my feet as they do straight out of the box.
