I read the reviews about ordering the shoe a half size larger than my actual shoe size. I receive compliments on them every time I wear them. They are comfortable – as long as you're used to this heel size. I got them in the pearl white - great for summer - and different from plain white. At first I thought they were too small until I re-read the description and found them to be molding rubber. This was good and bad. I got some calluses breaking them in and was uncomfortable until broken in… I had to do it in stages around the house. Also, every detail - hammer toes etc. shows through the shoe once it molds. Overall, I really do like these for the style - I have them in summer white. The soles are cool and different. It is comfortable from the start, but not good for walking a lot. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be when it came but I put folders in it and it appears to be regular size. I like that the white is not too light, so I don't think there are transparency issues. I think the fabric is perfect for summer. And the cut seems to be very flattering. I did need to go a size down, but I bounce between small and medium in Patagonia. I'm small on top (34A) so the darts on the medium did not work for me.
