I originally ordered this shoe in a 6; it felt a little short on my toes but still comfortable. I called Zappos but had just 2 days before I was to leave for Europe. It was after their cut-off time for shipping shoes out the same day but they did it anyway and overnighted the 6 1/2 to me at their own expense!!!!! Who does that?!!!!! I am amazed!!! In addition, they did not charge me for the second pair & ask only that I return the first pair in the next 14 days or so. These shoes are very comfy and go great with capris. Zappos saved the day for me and I am a fan for life! I had no discomfort except for the ugly appearance. I love Privo shoes and have dozens of them. They are comfortable and very versatile. This shoe is great because it has a heel, which most of the Privo shoes don't, so it was nice to see a different, dressier style. I love this shoe. It is so comfortable and looks great. The only problem I have is the back strap gets loose and there is no way to tighten it. I absolutely love this shoe! All of her shoes are great, but I get heads turning with these. I am normally a 7.5. I ordered a 7 and they are too big. I didn't like the color as well. They are listed as "Pearl", but look more like grey.
