They are the true workhorse in my shoe wardrobe. I bought them to take to Italy last August for a BackRoads cycling tour of Tuscany. They were the perfect "stylish" walking shoe and provided wonderful support. I wear a 10W and the size was right on for me. I didn't have the problems mentioned by some others. It fits nicely around my bunion and my little toe is well contained in the shoe. They took about a week to break in, esp. around the toe, but they did not rub enough to cause a blister. It is a bit tight around the toes, but it makes it feel more secure on your foot. It does loosen a bit as you wear it. I have used driving mocs before but I wanted a sporty shoe. I first ordered a size 9. Too tight in the toe box and narrow. Reordered a size 9.5, a little better. Drove 7 hours, never did my foot slide off the pedal. Once again, I started getting pain in the toe box and the shoe felt like it was a visor. I could not wait to get out of the car and put my old Keds on. I did use them to drive back home. All I can say is try them if you like them. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be when it came but I put folders in it and it appears to be regular size. They have a very nice look and make your feet look nice too. I wore them for about 12 hours and did a lot of walking to a restaurant without my feet bothering me. Don't forget to have a pedicure first because your big toe peeps out!
