I was looking for a sandal that could show off my toes and be cool for summer but that would also allow me to wear my orthotics and not look clunky. This was it. I did have to break them in – or break my foot in – until the thong between the toes became comfortable. The gel in the footbed is great. The leather straps are soft and pliable, so it doesn't dig in to your skin. We were planning a trip to Disneyworld and I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking, so I decided to buy a shoe made for that purpose. I am so glad I did. My feet never hurt, even after walking for hours in the hot Florida sun. The shoe was so comfortable and gave me lots of support.
