The upper consists of 100% airmesh with a single synthetic exoskelton that works with Flow Technology to lock the foot into place on top of the footbed. A combination of airmeshes creates a tension in the upper that provides a performance fit and feel and ensues the perfect blend of support and release. The airmesh provides extreme breathability and a reduction in weight. Collar lining and tongue backing help wick moisture from the foot. The patent pending Transition Control Midsole eliminates an inconsistent midfoot transition by keeping the foot and shoe in constant contact with the ground throughout the gait cycle. I found out three days before my wedding that my shoes were not going to make it with my dress. My outfit was coming from India and the currier did not get my shoes to the airport in time. I immediately got onto Zappos and typed in what I needed and this shoe arrived by 2PM the next day. I am really impressed with Zappos and this shoe in silver went well with my wedding attire and was comfortable all day. I have a very wide foot and the front has a lot of give to support it. I wear them to the barn, to the store, and riding. I have a wide foot and they fit me perfect. I got mine a year and a half ago and they are still going strong (got the green ones but that isn't enough - I want the black ones as well). If you like Puma, you will love these. The shoe size that I have now are a little bit too small (10, my fault), but its leather has adapted itself to my foot size - I may notice that they are too small after a day of use. I live in one of the most rainy cities that I know of. Still these keep my feet dry. They don't provide much of ventilation, but that has never been a problem either. Recommended? Yes. Don't hesitate buying these if you like their looks. This shoe is wonderful. I have bought the shoe in two different colors and get comments on both the red and the green. I would say the Cole Haan shoe overall is true to size. Fortunately mine have not completely broken yet. But I wore them only a couple of times before the surface of the foot bed under my big toe started peeling off. Definitely NOT worth the price. Within 30 minutes of putting them on, both of my heels were raw & bleeding. I had worn them for brief periods in the house & did not anticipate this problem. So far, I have not been able to figure out a solution as I am still waiting a week later for my heels to completely heal. || Fila Performance - Flow Redemption II (White/Insignia Blue/Cyber Yellow) - Footwear They feel so good - I was very reluctant to order these or any other walking shoe because I normally wear Crocs 99% of the time and flip-flops the rest of the time. We were planning a trip to Disneyworld and I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking, so I decided to buy a shoe made for that purpose. I am so glad I did. My feet never hurt, even after walking for hours in the hot Florida sun. The shoe was so comfortable and gave me lots of support.
