Love this sandal, it is cute and oooh so comfortable, very sturdy, and well made. Break in was a little rough as I don’t normally wear a thong sandal, but it was not unbearable. He is very happy with the quality. I am a solid size 8, medium width, but having to send back for a 7.5. || Franco Sarto - Opera (Cabernet Patent) - Footwear Not for walking - This is a very attractive shoe but it tends to slip off my feet as I walk. I love these shoes, I have been using Spiras for a year now but this specific style is my favorite. They are so comfy; it feels like you are walking over clouds! || Franco Sarto - Opera (Cabernet Patent) - Footwear Cute does not mean comfortable - These sandals look great, but gave me terrible blisters on the top of my foot where the rope rubs. I addition, the striped fabric around the heel and the Sperry label are even more sources of irritation. I wish I had sent these back. || Franco Sarto - Opera (Cabernet Patent) - Footwear Strappy but a bit clunky - My first foray into the negative heel. Likely good for the calf but makes me walk like a duck and so not a great match. But a pretty sandal and one of the nicer strappy options for those who want a good for you summer shoe. Shiny metallic gold is not too much given the skinny straps. || Franco Sarto - Opera (Cabernet Patent) - Footwear Female's Opinion - Much better than Rainbows – I have very wide, duck feet. So when shopping for flip-flops, I nearly always head for the men's section. These flip-flops are simply superb! I normally wear a 7.5-8 in Women's sizes and I bought these in a Men's 8. They fit the bed of my foot perfectly, the arch support is fantastic. I bought these to replace my Rainbows (which hurt my feet after an hours wear) and they're a huge improvement. My only gripe is the thick strap hurts whenever I move forwards.
