I wear a size 11 and most athletic style shoes make my feet look even bigger. I think that's because many shoe manufacturers think a large-sized women's fit is the same shape as a man's foot, but that is definitely not the case: The proportions are totally different. J-41 seems to know the difference. In these shoes, my look almost dainty and feel as if they are being gently cradled. I also have room to wiggle my toes, but my feet do not slip dangerously side to side the way they do in Keens and the like. || Globe - Castro Lite (Black/White) - Footwear Female's Opinion - Much better than Rainbows – I have very wide, duck feet. So when shopping for flip-flops, I nearly always head for the men's section. These flip-flops are simply superb! I normally wear a 7.5-8 in Women's sizes and I bought these in a Men's 8. They fit the bed of my foot perfectly, the arch support is fantastic. I bought these to replace my Rainbows (which hurt my feet after an hours wear) and they're a huge improvement. My only gripe is the thick strap hurts whenever I move forwards. I think the straps are designed to be more "pushed back" than I'm used to. I'm trying to speed in the break-in period by wetting the underside of the strap, which makes a huge difference comfort wise. Great shoe! I can see these lasting me a long time. My Rainbows lasted 4 years! || Globe - Castro Lite (Black/White) - Footwear Loved the shoe - I have done quite a bit of walking and my feet never were tired. I read the reviews about ordering the shoe a half size larger than my actual shoe size. I did order a 9 instead of an 8.5 and the shoe is a great fit. || Globe - Castro Lite (Black/White) - Footwear I bought these shoes for my son, he loved them. No more high heels for me and I don't want to wear granny shoes! These are really stylish. I got them in the gold. They fit perfectly and they are great on my foot. I wish that they had more arch support, but I will just have to wear them in a little bit and deal with it. They are really cute! || Globe - Castro Lite (Black/White) - Footwear Toe cap rubs small toes - After wearing these around the house for a couple of hours, I took them on a test hike of 2 miles. The built in toe cap caused blisters on my left foot. I sent them back to Zappos. || Globe - Castro Lite (Black/White) - Footwear OUCH - Very cute shoe but a killer! Felt a full size too small and the toe area is very cramped. Felt like the top of the shoe was pressing into my big toe. If you have a wide foot like me then I don't recommend these shoes. I don't find the rubber toe separator uncomfortable at all, but I am also a seasoned flip-flop wearer. My big problem with these sandals, however, is that THE GLITTER ALL RUBBED OFF! I bought them a year ago, wore them like crazy last summer, but all the glitter rubbed off during that time. I didn't do anything unusual to them, like wear them in water or wash them. My friend suggested putting clear nail polish or hairspray over the glitter next time, so I will try that. || Globe - Castro Lite (Black/White) - Footwear Cool blue shoe - These shoes are wonderfully comfortable for a high heel. The color in the photo is a little off -- they are a little lighter blue, more like a faded denim.
