I wear a size 11 and most athletic style shoes make my feet look even bigger. I think that's because many shoe manufacturers think a large-sized women's fit is the same shape as a man's foot, but that is definitely not the case: The proportions are totally different. J-41 seems to know the difference. In these shoes, my look almost dainty and feel as if they are being gently cradled. I also have room to wiggle my toes, but my feet do not slip dangerously side to side the way they do in Keens and the like. || Globe - Castro W (White/Guns) - Footwear Awesome shoes for women with feet, leg, or back problems!!! My mom has sciatic nerve damage from having two back surgeries, so she has constant pain in her legs and feet. These are the only shoes that have helped ease the pain. She has tried expensive name brand athletic style shoes and she still had to add extra support and they still hurt her feet and legs. She can wear these shoes as they are, without adding extra support, because they are so comfortable for her. These would be perfect for anyone who is on their feet most of the time or those who have problems with their feet, legs, and back... You will want to buy them a half size bigger than what you normally wear. || Globe - Castro W (White/Guns) - Footwear Great Shoe for WIDE Feet - I have very wide [sensitive] feet, especially in the toe box. These shoes were comfortable right out of the box, with no break-in period necessary! I first wore them for about one half an hour indoors, and the next time for roughly 7 hours on a 34 mile endurance hike, over some very rough terrain. They are also well ventilated, and my socks were not that sweaty when I changed them at the checkpoints. I love these shoes! I'm going to buy a second pair for later use [in case the model changes]. Also, I switched to the MT811 all-terrain running shoe after the terrain leveled out, with great results as well [for roughly 5 hours of road/trail]. Both shoes fit well from the moment that I put them on [and considering the very limited initial use], and I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone that suffers with the affliction of very wide feet like mine! || Globe - Castro W (White/Guns) - Footwear This is a great shoe. It is a bit tight around the toes, but it makes it feel more secure on your foot. It does loosen a bit as you wear it. There really is no arch support on these shoes. They’re like a slipper type shoe, but very cute. || Globe - Castro W (White/Guns) - Footwear Nice looking - Comfortable overall, a bit tight across top of shoe, well padded inside to increase support and comfort to arch and ball of foot. Able to use my own custom orthotics inside shoe to give even more support. || Globe - Castro W (White/Guns) - Footwear These shoes are absolutely beautiful, but so uncomfortable. The shoe is really narrow and the lower straps at the top of the shoe really dig into your foot. They also don't look nearly as nice on my feet as they do straight out of the box. I had to return them. || Globe - Castro W (White/Guns) - Footwear Wedding Shoes - I cannot tell you how utterly amazed and impressed I was. I never order anything online, but this time I decided to take a chance as I wanted some pretty shoes to wear to my niece's wedding. I have such big feet, it is hard to find shoes in stores. When I placed the order the first time, I accidentally ordered the width wrong and I just called and they sent me out the correct pair right away and it didn't even affect my credit card.
