Padded footbed is very comfy though felt a bit loose for my medium foot. Comfy from the first wear. || Globe - Encore (Black/White) - Footwear Nice quality skirt. I'm 5'4" and felt that it was a little too long for me, but the photo shows an accurate depiction of the length, so I think I just didn't factor how it would look on me. The fabric is pretty thick and of a good quality, but I'm in Vegas and would prefer something more lightweight. So, not the skirt for me, but if I were back in Seattle, I'd probably keep it! || Globe - Encore (Black/White) - Footwear THE best dress shoe! This is an excellent choice for formal occasions. I wore it to a wedding and had them on from 5pm to midnight with NO PAIN, dancing included! They're very sexy, rich and sophisticated and they really do have great padding on the ball of the foot. These are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever worn. Not only are they sexy, but they are comfortable! I have them in the green and they are so cool! My boyfriend loves them on me! I found out three days before my wedding that my shoes were not going to make it with my dress. My outfit was coming from India and the currier did not get my shoes to the airport in time. I immediately got onto Zappos and typed in what I needed and this shoe arrived by 2PM the next day.
